Diff was hired in 2017 to add external perspectives to Leesa’s experience design practice. Through collaborative design sessions, diff helped to create an array of User Flows, Information Architecture iterations, Wireframes, and Creative Mocks. The ultimate goal: preserve the success of the existing site while extending the design to accommodate a larger product offering. The culmination of the project was a round of One on One Moderated Usability Testing with 7 users to challenge and validate hypotheses and assumptions.
Usability testing identified key gaps between the intended user experience and user perceptions. From the findings diff was able to suggest a series of changes that would provide more clarity, context, and information that aligned with users needs and goals.
