Challenges

Box Icon Diff Agency

Create a seamless omnichannel experience designed to serve customers everywhere.

Box Icon Diff Agency

Support the marketing and operations teams to be more efficient and productive in their day-to-day activities.

Mandate in a nutshell

Triple whammy: Strategize, design
& enhance.

Diff helped develop an omnichannel strategy for the rapidly expanding brand, including a reliable integration with their 3PL and a new responsive site built on Shopify Plus using designs from the Ministry of Supply team. Multiple redesign iterations and custom enhancements ensued and helped Ministry of Supply stay agile and innovative.

Project Highlights

All about the apps.

Diff developed an omnichannel switchboard app to ensure that the web-store was a seamless extension of the carefully curated in-store experience. Key applications developed include: an RMA app to expedite the return process and an outfit system app which gives customers the ability to bundle inventory and receive dynamic discounts.

Deliverables

  • 3PL Integration
  • Automated RMA Process
  • Vend POS Integration
  • Omni-Channel Integration
& Application
  • Order Splitting & Routing

Results

Three years after the launch, Ministry of Supply now exceeds $7 million in annual sales from their e-commerce channel.

"It's extremely helpful to work with a partner who understands the challenges of e-commerce the way that Diff does, and to have a scalable development team on call to work with so that we aren't staffing up on that side. Instead, we can focus our resources on making our amazing products better, designing our stores and designing a shopping experience that people love."
