Diff helped develop an omnichannel strategy for the rapidly expanding brand, including a reliable integration with their 3PL and a new responsive site built on Shopify Plus using designs from the Ministry of Supply team. Multiple redesign iterations and custom enhancements ensued and helped Ministry of Supply stay agile and innovative.
Diff developed an omnichannel switchboard app to ensure that the web-store was a seamless extension of the carefully curated in-store experience. Key applications developed include: an RMA app to expedite the return process and an outfit system app which gives customers the ability to bundle inventory and receive dynamic discounts.
