Remembering where we came from is one of them, and for 80 percent of us here, that’s Concordia University in Montreal. Our people mentor students on a regular basis, welcome interns twice a year and invest in the future of retail with a new grant. Last but not least, we recently launched our green recycling project.
Supporting the next generation of talent is a big part of our corporate mission. As former Concordia students ourselves (yep, 80% of us did our studies there), we mentor students on a regular basis and welcome interns twice a year. We’ve also launched our very own grant to build an increasingly strong community of e-commerce engineers moving forward.
We also believe in supporting initiatives that our team members care about beyond the e-com world. From our green recycling project to the CIBC Run for the Cure, we do our best to do our part by rallying people around the cause, raising funds, and walking the walk (or, more specifically, running the run).
