Sin City Cherry Spin Shoptalk Sweepstakes

Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to adults over the age of 21, residing in Canada or the USA, with a valid Canadian or American phone number. Diff Agency reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant and to eliminate participants for any sign of entry abuse.

2. Contest Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM PST on March 16, 2024, and ends at 9:00 PM PST on March 20, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: Participants can enter by submitting their information on the Sin City Cherry Spin landing page, accessed through the RFID-enabled cherry pins distributed at the Shoptalk tradeshow in Las Vegas. There is no entry limit; however, Diff Agency reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of entry abuse. Fraudulent entries or sharing the unique link associated with the RFID pin will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes: Seven prizes will be awarded: one Dyson Airwrap, one Apple Airpods Pro Max, and five additional prizes including Apple AirPods Pro, a Nintendo Switch, GoPro Hero 12, Theragun Sense, and Meta Ray-Ban Wayfarer. Prizes must be claimed in person at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas. Winners have 3 hours to claim their prize; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be redrawn.

5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected based on two criteria:
- The participant associated with the RFID pin generating the most entries will win one of the two grand prizes.
- Additional entries from unique pins will be entered into a draw for the remaining prizes. More entries equal more chances to win.

6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via SMS. Diff Agency reserves the right to select winners. Participants must be present at the Shoptalk tradeshow or in Las Vegas to claim their prize.

7. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to receive promotional messages sent via an autodialer and to Diff Agency's terms of service and privacy policy. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates apply.

8. Legal and Compliance: Participants must agree to Diff Agency's terms of use and privacy policy, including consent regarding data collection and usage as outlined above. Any changes to the contest rules will be communicated via SMS, email, or on the contest landing page.

9. Disputes: Diff Agency reserves the right to resolve any disputes or clarify ambiguities related to the contest and its entries.
