What to Expect

As an Executive Assistant, your top priority will be to contributes to the CEO’s effectiveness by ensuring he is organized and prepared for all key meetings. You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule and deal with a high volume of requests and deadlines. You will need to always be two steps ahead in any situation. Your understanding of ecommerce will help you assess priorities and make the best decisions. 


This position is located in Montreal, Quebec. Our culture requires all members of the team to commute to the office as this is where you will be interacting with the other members of the team. Working from home is possible when needed; sometime life gives you lemons!



What is required

  • 3 to 5 years as an ecommerce Business Analyst  OR 5 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the ecommerce industry
  • Excellent understanding of the ecommerce industry
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines at the same time, and remain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Strong desire to help the businesses grow

  • Manage the CEO’s agenda and support him on calendar management optimization
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails and direct inquiries accordingly
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s priorities, deadlines and appointments through Google Calendar
  • Alert and advise of conflicting priorities and recommend alternatives
  • Organize and handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Prepare presentation for meetings
  • Proofread, format, and edit professional correspondence, proposals, presentations, and reports using Google Suite
  • Participate in the executive meetings and keep track of notes and action items
  • Book professional & personal travel
  • Support the C-level executives for travel organization
  • Making sure all expenses are properly recorded
  • Coordinating lunches and dinners with my team, clients & partners
  • Run errands & other tasks when needed
