We conducted UX workshops and prioritization sessions to inform a customized site redesign. To elevate the customer experience, we strategically redesigned and rebuilt a mobile-first site, carefully aligning it with the familiar and engaging in-store environment.

Enhanced Product Pages with UGC Integration: We implemented custom Product Display Page (PDP) templates featuring compelling lifestyle imagery and integrated, filtered User-Generated Content (UGC). This approach significantly enhanced product storytelling, highlighted intricate details, and built crucial customer trust, leading to more informed purchasing decisions.

Comprehensive Search & Revamped Information Architecture: Predictive search functionality was integrated to offer relevant recommendations and suggestions, enabling users to find content quickly. Concurrently, we improved the navigation system, guiding users seamlessly through category and collection browsing, ensuring intuitive product discovery.

Customizable Content Library for Flexibility: A fully developed library of sections was created, allowing for flexible and consistent use across all pages as needed. This modular system empowers Gorjana's team to easily update and manage content, ensuring brand consistency and adaptability without constant developer involvement.

Seamless Shopify POS Integration: We implemented Shopify POS integration to streamline checkout processes and enable real-time inventory updates.
