Comprehensive UX Review & Prioritization Workshop: Conducted a thorough UX review of the website's information architecture (IA) and held an attribute prioritization workshop to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. This focused on making it easy for customers to find and purchase the products they're looking for.
Complete Website Redesign: Undertook a total redesign of the IDW Publishing website to create a modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly online store. This included a complete overhaul of the website's look and feel, as well as its underlying structure and functionality.
Pre-Orders Implementation: Implemented a pre-order system to mimic the in-store experience and allow fans to secure highly anticipated releases. This feature provides a valuable service to fans and helps IDW Publishing generate excitement and anticipation for upcoming titles.
Exclusive Content Badges: Developed a badge system to highlight exclusive content and merchandise, incentivizing direct purchases. These badges clearly identify exclusive offerings and make them more appealing to customers.
Seamless Data Migration: Executed a full data migration following a specific plan to ensure a smooth transition to the Shopify platform. This included migrating product data, customer information, order history, and customer entitlements without any data loss or disruption to service.
