Kith is a leading American fashion and lifestyle brand, established in New York City in 2011.

Starting as a footwear retailer, Kith has evolved into a global force in streetwear and fashion, with twelve locations worldwide and three store-within-a-store concepts.

The Challenge

Implemented a custom application to maintain detailed customer profiles, enabling the creation of a highly personalized loyalty program. This allows Kith to reward loyal customers with exclusive access to drawings/raffles and personalized offers.

"Trust Score" Algorithm
Developed a custom loyalty system with unique algorithms for earning points and incorporating a "trust score" to identify and reward genuine Kith enthusiasts. This helps differentiate between genuine customers and potential resellers.

Sophisticated Rules Engine for Fraud Prevention
Created a web application that acts as a central business software application, playing a mission-critical role in post-purchase processes. Orders run through a sophisticated rules engine to automatically cancel orders determined to have been placed by bots, ensuring that rare goods are quickly restocked and made available to actual buyers.

Seamless System Integrations
Tightly integrated the solution with Kith's 3PL, streamlining pick & pack operations at retail stores. Integrated with their Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Retail Systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
